About the Owner
Let me tell you a bit about us: we’re Paul and Marian McMahon. Paul hails from Beach Haven on Long Beach Island, while I, Marian, grew up in Ireland. Our story began at a wedding on LBI, and the rest is just history. We currently live in the area with our three teenagers. Recently we purchased this house, renovated and updated it, and transformed it into what you see today: two beautiful units equipped with everything a family could want for a relaxing vacation.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
*** 7 night minimum rental during peak season *** $250 cleaning fee due at time of booking. $1000 refundable security fee to be made to the owner at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 10 days of guests vacating the premises. The primary guest making the booking must electronically sign our rental agreement.
